Dispatch Desk Desktop
A desktop dispatch application built for workstation-heavy teams that need reliable local tools, device access, and a workflow that keeps moving even when connectivity drops.
Problem
The desk team needed something faster and more reliable than a browser tab for printing labels, managing queue state, and handling local device workflows.
Solution
We built an Electron app with queue controls, local data caching, print actions, shift handoff notes, and sync status so operators could work from a dedicated desktop tool.
Outcome
Operators can manage desk work, print reliably, and keep dispatch moving without relying on fragile browser-based workarounds.
What was built
- Queue management with operator actions and local device controls
- Print and sync status for workstation-based dispatch workflows
- Offline-safe local cache with handoff notes and recovery states
Tech used
We keep the stack lean on purpose. Each project uses the tools needed to make the experience clear, stable, and easy to maintain after handoff.
