Field Service Mobile App
A mobile app built for technicians and field staff who need job detail, customer context, and status updates without heading back to the office.
Problem
Technicians were getting incomplete job information over calls and chat, then sending photos and completion notes back manually at the end of the day.
Solution
We built a mobile workflow with assigned jobs, visit checklists, route context, media uploads, status changes, and completion capture from the phone.
Outcome
Field staff can finish jobs with better context, and the office sees progress as the work happens instead of after the day ends.
What was built
- Assigned jobs view with customer notes and route context
- Checklists, status changes, and photo upload from the field
- Completion flow that reports progress back to the office in real time
Tech used
We keep the stack lean on purpose. Each project uses the tools needed to make the experience clear, stable, and easy to maintain after handoff.
