Operations Control Platform
A full-stack operations application built for teams that need live workload visibility, cleaner handoffs, and fewer spreadsheet-driven follow-ups.
Problem
The operations team was juggling incoming requests, assignments, status checks, and approvals across spreadsheets and chat. Managers had no dependable live view of queue health or team load.
Solution
We built a full-stack dashboard with intake tracking, role-based queues, approval states, SLA timers, and daily reporting so the team could run from one system instead of several disconnected tools.
Outcome
The team could see queue health in one place, route work faster, and stop chasing updates across chat and shared sheets.
What was built
- Role-based queue views with SLA and aging indicators
- Approval states, assignment controls, and daily summary reporting
- Operations dashboard for managers tracking load, blockers, and throughput
Tech used
We keep the stack lean on purpose. Each project uses the tools needed to make the experience clear, stable, and easy to maintain after handoff.
